Mill at Aber-Dylais, vale of Neath, Glamorganshire

A watermill where two Welsh rivers meet, near a waterfall in Glamorganshire. Cattle stand in the water and a rider passes through the middle of the scene. Turner sketched this in 1796 during his early tours of Wales, drawn to picturesque working sites tucked into the landscape.
