Lord Garuda

Garuda, the giant bird who carries the god Vishnu, often shown with Vishnu and his consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi seated on his back. Designed by Raja Ravi Varma and printed by his Bombay press, this became one of the most widely circulated devotional images of Garuda in early 1900s India.
