Shelter on Montmartre / Montmartre Path with Sunflowers / Shed at the Montmartre with sunflower

A rough wooden shed and fence covered in sunflowers along an unpaved path. It looks rural, but the setting is the hilltop of Montmartre on the northern edge of Paris, where market gardens still survived. Painted in 1887, this is one of Van Gogh's first treatments of sunflowers — the flower he'd soon make his own.
