Paysage aux troncs bleus

A Tahitian grove turns into a mystical clearing, with tall blue tree trunks rising above saturated greens, horses grazing, and smoke drifting behind. Gauguin painted this small canvas in 1892. His son Pola later owned it and it stayed in private hands for decades.
