The story
The painter J.M.W. Turner with his close friend and patron Walter Fawkes at Fawkes's Yorkshire country house, Farnley Hall. Painted around 1820 by John Wildman. Turner spent long summers here shooting and sketching, even painting watercolors for the family's bird books.
